If you are 18 or older with spina bifida, we want to hear from you!  Researchers at Indiana University are interested in learning about your sexual health and experiences with spina bifida. Participate whether or not you ever had sex. It takes only 15-20 minutes!

Please share how you are doing – YOU are the only one who knows!  All answers are confidential and anonymous. Even the researchers will not be able to identify who you are or what you answered.  It does not matter which country you live in.
